We will teach your team first aid basics for the most common first aid emergencies, including how to recognize them, how to call for help, and how to perform lifesaving skills.

Basic Life support (BLS)

Designed for those who work in the healthcare field, such as nurses or nursing students, dentists, pharmacists, and EMTs (although, anyone may take this course). Topics covered include single-person CPR, use of an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), two-person CPR, choking, opioid/naloxone, and team dynamics.

  • Full Class with Student Workbook $75

  • Renewal (no Student Workbook) $65

  • Heartcode BLS Testing Only $50-60

    Participants take online portion for an extra cost paid to AHA. They bring their completion documentation, perform skills testing and then receive their full BLS certification. Duration: 30 Minutes

For the lay/non-medical person. Materials included

Designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements, or the person who just wants to be prepared for an emergency in any setting. Topics covered include first aid basics, medical emergencies, injury emergencies, environmental emergencies, reventing illness and injury, adult CPR and AED use, and opioid-associated life-threatening emergencies.

Non-certification classes

Geared towards anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card in first aid to meet job, regulatory, or other requirements. Upon successful completion of the course, students receive a course completion card, valid for two years.

Yes, we will add more options monthly you to join. You can get together a group of friends for a lower cost per person.

Most classes are conveniently conducted at your business, church or home. We bring all the equipment to you.

Basic Life Support is CPR designed and required for medical professionals. 

Yes, we can do a full renewal class or you can take an online portion via AHA and be skills tested by us in person.

All AHA certifications require renewal every two years.

CPR For All WI does not provide online classes. You must take the online portion at heart.org and then schedule a in-person testing with us. 

According to the CDC, about 350,000 cardiac arrest happen outside of hospitals each year and 70% happen at home. Half of the time no one around them can help or know CPR.

AHA does show Compression-Only, but also teach rescue breathing with a breathing barrier and mouth-to-mouth. 

An AED, or Automated External Defibrillator, is a lightweight, portable device that delivers an electric shock through the chest to the heart.

The device may be used to restore a normal heart rhythm to someone in cardiac arrest. 

Yes, Skills can be demonstrated/performed on a table if injured. If completely unable to get to the floor, CPR class can be taken, but without certification.

Yes, all videos are captioned and an instructor or interpreter fluent in ASL will be provided. Be sure to let us know in advance.
